Attached is an e-mail Herbert Ray Martin posted to Rose Hohenberger's website on October 25th advising that this is not the year that Tommy Brasher or Coach Gregory will be inducted in the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame. Herbert Ray says the problem is that voting membership in the Hall of Fame is highly concentrated in Central Arkansas and residents and former residents of El Dorado need to be more actively involved. He points out that the last inductees from El Dorado were Wayne Harris and Jim Moody way back in 1981. I would have thought that Glen Ray would have been nominated a long time ago. Maybe we will have better luck next year.
