Services are pending on Mr. Richard Savage, 71, of Marshall, Texas. Mr. Savage passed away Saturday, October 11, 2013 in Marshall. Richard Savage was born on September 11, 1942 in Pasadena, Texas to Bertrand Savage and Mary Lee Parrish Savage. He graduated from high school in El Dorado, Arkansas and college at ETBU in Marshall. He was retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service as a Tech Sgt. After retirement from the Air Force he worked as a truck driver for Crete Carrier for ten years. He married Judith Ulmer on December 12, 1986 in Marshall, Texas.

He is survived by his wife Judith Savage, mother Mary Lee Savage, both of Marshall, three step-daughters Linda Savage of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Tracey Mortensen of Valley View, OH, and Lou Ann Medick of Wheaton, IL, a step-son Michael Galloway of Geneva, OH. Also surviving Mr. Savage are a number of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father.
