Funeral Services Celebrating the life of Wanda Sue Trichel, 78, of El Dorado AR, will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday August 25, 2021, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA with Tommy Hubbard officiating. Interment will follow in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 7 P.M. Tuesday at Mulhearn Funeral Home.

Wanda was born on May 31, 1943, in El Dorado AR, and passed away August 20, 2021. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, traveling, going to the casinos, and playing bingo. Wanda and her husband could frequently be found on the dance floor whenever rock n roll music was played.

She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Trichel; her father George Doyne Sturdivant; and sons Dennis Trichel and Doug Trichel.

Wanda is survived by her sons, Paul Trichel and Ronnie Trichel; daughters Penny Irving, Belinda Trichel, and Paula Trichel; mother, Martha Sturdivant; sister, Judy Trichell; brother, Gary Sturdivant; along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will include Ronnie Trichel, Paul Trichel, Andy Trichell, Jacob Cagle, and her grandsons Coby Trichel and Zachary Trichel.
