June 17, 1943 – July 16, 2007 Rebecca Webb Siegel, age 64, of White Hall, died Monday, July 16, 2007. She was born June 17, 1943 at El Dorado, a daughter of the late Wilmot Jethro Webb and Bertie Mae Harrison Webb. She was reared and educated at El Dorado and Pine Bluff, and graduated from Pine Bluff High School in 1961. She had lived in Little Rock and North Little Rock for a number of years, and had worked as a bookkeeper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Rick Siegel. Survivors include four brothers, Charles Webb of Redfield, Don Webb and Dink Webb, both of Pine Bluff, and Garland Webb of Batesville; and two sisters, Donna Sue Cates of El Dorado and Rondie White of Monticello. Graveside services will be Wednesday, July 18, 2007, 2:00 p.m. at Graceland Cemetery with Brother Bill Fitzhugh officiating. Funeral arrangements are by Fuller Hale-South Funeral Services
