Where has the time gone? Can’t believe we all have made it to our 50th! How blessed!

From the classroom in MS, we spent the past 25 years in Texas. 9 years ago, we moved to my home state of AR. We love The Village…..Fred plays a lot of golf and I “play” two days a week, at Merle Norman Cosmetics and Bella Boutique…..what is wrong with this picture??

We enjoy traveling and recently spent two weeks in Italy. We especially enjoy spending time with our dear, childhood friends, Diane Robin Williams and Tommie Lou Reid Little. We all try and get together a couple of times a year. Our last fun outing was attending the Houston Rodeo. While in Houston we always call Johnny Sanders and his wife Elizabeth for dinner. Last summer we all went to Memphis in May where we ate a lot of barbecue and visited with Elvis! Fun memories! Each October we all make our yearly “trek” to Canton, TX for First Monday, where we “shop till we drop”. Kay Fincher Hyland and Sharon Herring Bernard met us there one year. We had a ball…..reminded me of our high school days! The guys keep cool in the RV watching football, but they also manage to find some “real treasure2 Templo Ways” .

I am so blessed to be a part of the EHS Class of “61. We all have so many memories of fun times spent in our home town of El Dorado. To our dear ones that have already departed, your memory will always be held close to our hearts.

I look forward to seeing each and every one.
