Comments:	October 3, 1941 – December 4, 2012 William James “Bill” Greer, Jr. was born October 3, 1941 in El Dorado, Arkansas and passed away in a Little Rock hospital on December 4, 2012 following a brief illness. At the time of his death, he was survived by his mother, Virginia Greer Smith, his sister, Carol Greer Shaver, his son, William Paul Greer, his daughter, Debbie Greer Ryan and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, William J. “Red” Greer, Sr. Bill spent most of his life in the Alexandria, Louisiana area. A private family memorial was held at Arlington Cemetery in El Dorado, AR.
